Should I have a prescription to order from you?

No, you need not. We do not require any prescription from our customers. However we would strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before taking a medication. You may have some diseases contra-indicated for taking certain kinds of medicines and your doctor will advise you what you can or cannot take.

What should I do to order from you?

If you wish to order a product from us you are to do the following:

  1. Choose the product you are to purchase by clicking "buy now" button
  2. Choose the amount of pills you wish to buy

  4. Fill in the order information required
  5. Check all the fields, pills quantity and press on "Submit" button

Do you have any discount system?

Yes, we do. Our repeat customers are provided with a "coupon word". In case you place a repeat order, this word should be inserted in the "coupon field" and you will have a 20% discount on your purchase. Please note that in case you do not insert the coupon word in the order form the discount is not counted and we will not be able to change that after the order was placed.

The orders are shipped to almost all countries of the world, for the exception of some countries in Asia.

The medications are manufactured in Asian region under the license from American and European Multi National Companies.

What packages do you use?

Your order will be sent in a discrete envelope for the secure and reliable delivery. Your package will contain one or more blister of 10 tablets each. If you order is less than 180 tablets it will be delivered in one parcel, otherwise it can be split in different parcels. The second parcel will be shipped three days later the first one.

Will my order be shipped the same day I purchase?

The products we sell are in stock for immediate delivery. However we have to check your order first to make sure that the shipping information is correct, after that the product you have ordered is packed and only then it is sent out. All these procedures take about 2 to 3 working days.

What are the shipping methods?

DHL / FEDEX / UPS:
The Packages sent by this postal service can be tracked by the tracking number supplied after the order is shipped. See your account section for the updated tracking details.

Express Mail Service:
The Packages sent by this postal service can be tracked by the tracking number supplied after the order is shipped. See your account section for the updated tracking details.

Standard International Airmail:
The Packages sent by this postal service CAN NOT be tracked. Thus we don't use this service until some issue may be found during Express Mail Service.

NOTE: We don't ship at Post Office Box Address, as Signature is required at the time of Delivery.

What are the shipping rates? When can I expect the delivery?

The Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping type you choose and on the country of the destination. Please check the table below:

1. DHL/FEDEX/UPS Service Charges are Euro € 35.00, Delivery time 10 Days and maximum of 21 Days (Tracking Available).
2. Express Mail Service Charges are Euro € 25.00, Delivery time 21 Days and maximum of 28 Days (Tracking Available).
3. Standard International Airmail Service Charges Euro € 10.00, Delivery time 21 to 35 Days (No Tracking Available).

Note: We will not be able to send your order by Courier Service if you provide Post Office Box Number in your shipping address or if you give us a wrong telephone number, as all deliveries require signature at the time of delivery.

Can my order be delayed at customs?

If this happen, you'll be informed. They ask the recipient to come and give a permission to examine the parcel. After that you should receive your products. If you have any problems with getting your order, please let us know and we will try to resolve the problem.

What if the package is damaged or something is missing?

In this case you are to contact our support team and notify of the problem. We will either resend the package or refund your payment. See our policies for more information.

How much will I have to pay if you reship the product?

We will reship the product free of charge. No additional charges will be placed.

There are 2 options to do that:

  2. To check the status from the web site in Order Tracking Link. The status of your recent order, Tracking Receipt Number and the dispatch date. To enter into tracking link, you have to insert the order number, your e-mail address.

If I can't find a medicine I need?

In case you need a medication that is not sold in our online pharmacy, you can tell us about the medicines you are interested in and we'll do our best to add it to our pharmacy as soon as possible.

What is difference between 5% and 10% insurance?

We offer 2 options for your order insurance such as:

If your order total is Euro € 100.00 and you paid 5% insurance Euro € 5.00, then incase of incident you can claim Euro € 50.00 amount of goods or if your order total is Euro € 100.00 and you paid 10% insurance Euro € 10.00, then incase of incident you can claim full Euro € 100.00 amount of goods. Insurance will only applicable on products total cost including shipping.
